I have a case for a 241 DHD. Planetary is junk though. Difference in Auto to manual is input shaft on the trasnfer case. You can buy a new one and swap it in pretty easily.
I'm not sure all of the differences between the DLD and the DHD. Planetary doesn't have a PTO gear on the DLD and the out put shaft is smaller I believe. But Quote me at your own risk.

yes sir. that is exactly what caused all of this. got all new u joints front and rear shafts. new 241DHD t.c. everything fit ok except for my drive shafts front yoke was smaller. got a new one of those. and my drive shaft was 2 inches longer than supposed to be with a DHD. so i sent it to a driveline shop and the man is cutting mine down re welding it and balancing it for 45 bucks . thought that was a pretty good deal. but other than that truck runs great. glad to have her back on the road thanks to ya'lls help and comments.
