Default Fuel Mileage and Increasing it!!!

What is the factory fuel mileage hwy and city on a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500, 5.9L Cummins, Standard 5spd Tranny, Quad Cab and long box.
I'm going to check my injectors and have them cleaned and if there are some injectors out there that do increase the fuel mileage i would be more than happy to know about them.
I've heard that the Injector pump and its pressure also could be a factor of fuel mileage.
If any of you guys know how to increase the mileage on this truck i would like to know about it.
Thanks for your time!

Full stock w/ the manual, expect around 13-15. Gonna be some money, but get ya a 4" exhaust w/ a full flow muffler, then do at least a 50hp set of injectors or a mild power module (Edge or Adrenalin).

k&n filter if you are going to use factory box, if are going to be modifing the truck you should look at some air boxes because you will want one befor long. I built mine and bought just the filter it was much cheaper plus i like to make my own if i can. You said you have a gauge on the way, it is a very good thing to have

K&N doesn't filter dust well, and the added mileage and power, if any, won't justify the added wear to the engine from it being "dusted".

just spend 2 hours to find out the factory fuel mileage for this truck.
its 16 for city and 25 for highway!!!

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

yes k&n filters claim a gain of 2 mpg with their filters, BUT i would like to keep my engine clean for a long time.

I would like to get in on this if I could so from what I am seeing here from you guys is that I am not too far off either from what I am getting either with the truck that is in my sig. Hand caculated I am averaging around 15.5 and thats not driving "nicely" either I just drive it power when I want it you know. And also my fuel psi is right around 12 at Idle and 10 wot I know that is low but its a stock lP and am planning an air dog upgrade shortly and have heard that the correct fp for the vp is 15psi does this improve the mpg as well? Dont want to hijack a thread here but was curious about this as well.
