your truck will like the taller gears and your mileage will be a lot better. You should not cause any issue with the trans and a gear change.

you can get an used box for $300, a set of rv injectors really depends on who from. If you post in the vendor section I am sure you will get the best price possible. Make sure to adjust the valves and retorque the head while your in there. I see you have gauges so the edge comp would work great.

I am running a 98.5 24v with a 4" exhaust, bully dog programmer. Other than that my truck completely stock. It is an automatic and since new it got 14-15 city and 22 hwy. But for the last 2 years I have been using Rev-X oil additive and fuel additive. Now I am at 16-17 city, and 24 hwy. And I have owned the truck since new. It has 284k on it. For the money I will use the rev-x compared to the mods you guys are talking about.

what do you consider highway? what speed and how many miles at a time?

for about the last 6months ive been getting 14mpg daily driving, i just installed an Edge Juice w/Att and for the first week i ran it on level 5 driving it pretty easy and stomping it every now and then and got 13mpg, last week i ran it on level 1 (the mileage tune) just driving normal and got 16mpg.
