update well i built a tester an found a big leak in the intake plate. I replaced the intake gasket whith a metal one took the truck for a ride still only pusshin 30 lb so im goin to do a nother test to see if i have another leak this is puzzling the leak on the intake plate was so bad i couldent get the pressure gauge to even reach 5lb

 

With a big leak like that you may find that you have more leaking around the boots as well let us know what you find.
