ya if you have the 122 coad i would sugest not to even try adjusting the apps it is allready bad and will only get worse.

 

Check out this link Home and get yourself edumacated IT will be very beneficial before you start throwing parts that are not needed at it.

 

My stepdads truck did that and his battery cable ends were smashed to the point they wouldn't tighten up and were not making a good ground. He pulled the bolt out and filled the gapbigger between them and installed a new bolt. 1500 miles later and still no tranny problems. So start simple check your connections.
