I would like to know if the newer 6 speed trans that is in the late model Dodges (NV5600 I think?) will bolt up in the 1st and 2nd gen Dodges?
Also who makes this trans for Chrysler? Thanks.

nv5600 was later replaced by the G56. You hear good and bad about both of them. They will bolt up but you will need the newer hydraulics, clutch, and a manual trans T case. Driveshafts are gonna be different lengths too. Are you looking to put it in a 1st or 2nd gen?
