its very easy, follow the instructions and youll be fine. I put my grandfathers in his truck last month in less then an hour. Just lay everything out of a table or work bench next to the truck, get all the tools required and go at it, pretty straight forward.

There not to bad. I've install one in my truck and helped a buddy put one on his. If you have an ATV jack to drop the tank it helps a bunch. And don't have a full tank of fuel. At least get under half but empty would be alot easier. Both the trucks I did had a half a tank. An impact is nice for the two nuts that hold the gas tank on cause the threads will be rusty and it makes it a ton faster and eisier. On the single cab truck my buddy owns it is a single cab and we had to put it on the outside if the frame cause it wouldn't fit on the inside. You can hear it running over the truck too. Mines on the inside andyou can't hear it at all when the truck is running. It's your choice though. You'll have to have something to cut the 1 1/8 inch hole ( I believe) in the tank too. A hole saw or simething.

i think the new kits come with the new suction kit that puts the drawstraw back inside the sending unit, still have to drill a hole either way

I x2 pulling the bed off. If you got a couple buddies you can lift it off by hand.
