So you think, which by what I have now read, my rings could be on their way out? I doubt that but anything is possible I guess. The blow by has always done that and when I get lots of stop and go on my truck I get drips and what looks like exhaust gas out of my vent tube extension which is down under the drivers doors. I've been told my 2 OTR truck mechanics that this is 100% completely normal and they both asked if I had bigger sticks in there which I said yes and they both said on seperate occassions that that was the cause. This matched what Piers told me and its been that way now for more than 2 years so, it is what it is. It is not my daily driver anymore anyway.

A Fluidampr will also help quiet it down a bit, At least it did on mine.

The stock Compreshion ratio on these trucks is 16.3:1 on the SO trucks & 17.0:1 on the HO trucks.

my '01 is pretty loud and it only has the 3'' stock with the muffler delete. make sure you check the fuel pressure, transmission, and trac bar before buying. the dealership ripped me off on mine all of the usually things on dodge were goin wrong. idk if ur buying from a dealership or just a friend
