Found out I'd like to have an auto over my 5spd,I found a guy with the exact same truck as mine and we want to swap, all his auto parts for all my 5 spd stuff. Is any tips or tricks or any thing i might have to be prepared for cost wise? We arent worried about the work figure we could probably get it done pretty quick haveing all the parts there and ready.Any help from someone that has actually done this or a how to would be awesome. Thanks both truck are 2wd so that eliminates the transfer case problem. And we both have every part and running trucks right now. so that being said think it will be easier, compared to what the write up says?

 

both same year or you run into cruise control issues

 

No cruise on either, both are base model trucks.

 

well that makes life easier then
