turbo question

i have a buddy who has a hx40 turbo that will sell me for 500 bucks, is this a good deal? and will it bolt on my truck with no problems? it has no side play and spins freely..let me know what you guys think...oh and its got about 5k on it thanks!!

thats a very good deal and yes it will bolt right up........other than the exhaust downpipe couples up differently..................you will also need a different downpipe

what size is the stock downpipe?

the specs on the turbo are 4" inlet, 3 inch compressor outlet, t3 exhaust inlet, 3 inch v band exhaust outlet..so will it all bolt up fine?
