did the new boot help? mine is making a funny loud noise too. there is a small spot on the same boot that looks like a tear but its not a tear. when i get on the truck and build more boost it seems to make more noise but not at low boost? sorry not trying to jack your thread just wondering if we have the same problem.

hey not a problem. the new boot didnt get done today broke one clamp and yes it seems to happen when its producing boost but its not the turbo itself, and its kinda like a screaming noise. I am gonna try taking a video and see if i can get the sound with it on here tomorrow.

When you put that go pedal to the floor those boots blow up like ballons so what may look like a pin hole while parked turns into a manhole when it stretches.

Be sure to test that system to a higher psi then you will push it to while drivin, in most case this will be good to check to 30 psi at least.

Well everything is fixed and WORKING. New boot is on again with hairspray (Whitmore) and two new clamps and there is no noise whatsoever now.

Thanks Again
