I just changed the clutch in my 02 6spd and the fluid in both the tranny and transfer case. Yesterday while driving down the freeway 65 mph on cruise control the transfer case popped into nutural after the truck would coast down a small hill and start to accelerate again it did it 3 times. Any advise on how to fix it? there is no funny noise or anything and the 4 hi and 4 lo still work just fine.

 

check your lincage mine did it aswell when i did my clucth

 

yeah you want to get that fixed. Thats what my truck was doing and it ended up blowing up the planetary set.

 

ok ill check the linkage I didnt think you could adjust it though the rod from the shifter to the T-case is solid isnt it?

 

nope off were it comes threw the flore there is a set bolt on that that can be adjusted
