have you unhooked the line coming out of the lp to ensure it is pumping while running?

......................you cant expect alot of fuel out the overflow as it is set for 14psi.................you need to get the truck runnin then check the excess flow from the return line as 80% of the fuel will be returning to the tank , another thing is the VP wont let you get fuel out of every injector line pending on how its lined up, ech time you bump the starter try to bump the motor over just a touch so the injection pump stops at a different point

exactly what did you install for a new lift pump???

you checked the power to the plug at the back of the vp? when you installed the new vp did you plug your throttle postion sensor back in and did you get the pin on the shaft of the vp lined up with the gear inside correctly? I just got done putting on a new vp this weekend that is the code that came up on my truck when the pump went out, it took me about 10min to get all the air out of the lines. we hooked a snapon code reader on after the pump install you will be amazed how many codes it will throw when you start unplugging stuff.
