i am having trouble with my 99 cummins, we ran bio-diesel in it for about three months and soon stopped using it because it was wasting filters, about two months ago it began to die suddenly, it would run fine for a while then do it again, one time i had to use ether to get it started... not good for it but got me home. shortly after that it began to bog down and has no power, you can push the pedal as hard as you want, it accelerates really slow, and doesnt wind up and go, no power pulling grades. we have replaced injector pump and put a airdog fuel pump system on it, still the same thing. i checked the turbo boost and its fine, i kicked off the exhaust and it doesnt do anything but make it sound cool. i need help on this i am out of ideas! anyone who has a suggestion please help

 

sounds like mabe a injector...........definatly a fueling problem

whats the fuel pressure doing? sounds like something is stuffed..

 

maybe the apps, any smoke?? of any color

 

FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE... Find out what it reads, then we can help define whats happening better.

 

Is your check engine light on? Throwing any codes? I had a MAP sensor go out however it just shut off 2/3 of my power no engine dying though...
