I was pulling off the highway and had to creep to gas station at idel speed with no throttle response.
Then after two min it works again and revs when stepping on gas. The same thing happened before when I pressure washed the engine bay 2 month's ago. Engine light came on and when I check the code by pushing trip and key on it shows 940 and 999. Does anyone know what these codes mean?

 

I think it's your APPS.

 

I have a big list of codes, not seeing either of those on it... so I don't know what to tell you. Plug a scanner into it. APPS codes are 0121 and 0122
