Default Coolant drip

On my 01, 2500 , diesel ram , I have developed a coolant leak from the bracket where the lower radiator hose connects to the block and where the AC compressor bolts to the block . I have removed this bracket and found and replaced a 2 3/8 flat rubber washer which is the seal . All was good for over 400 miles , then the drip started again . I`m thinking the bolts are not torqued enough . Would any of you know what these bolts should be torqued at or where I can find what they should be torqued at ? Thanks for any help , Larry
