HELP! Dead VP?
#31
Everything I have been reading, and all the responses and searches (about 15hrs. worth) I have been doing and getting are telling me to stick with the SO pump. Most have said the SO will fuel harder on the top with the more mods. I do.
The HR would be nice to have but I don't see the need to spend another 6-700 for the pump.
II:
The SO goes for 1195.00 plus 400.00 core.
The HR goes for 1895.00
H&H Diesel out of Seattle
SO pump 1288.00 pluss 600.00 for core.
Bluechips
1600.00 with an 800.00 core
Now I know that I cannot be cheap about this pump but I have a very limited amount to spend, that is one reason I am posting the cores.
After reading at Bluechips it seems they definately know the lowdown but I will not know until Mon. how much I have to spend.
Thank you very much for all the input and keep it coming.

Well, I actually didnt realize that there was that much difference in price...and that is a LOT.
I cant remember your mods, but if you have an SO truck, and SO pump is probably the best way to go.
To be honest, Im not sure what the difference is between the Hot Rod pump and the HO Pump...I DO believe they are different.
Anyone know the full story?

vp44
Midwest injection has the pumps for 1064.00 free shipping. No core charge as long as they get pump back before 30 days. They also send you a shipping label to return it. I think they pay the return ship also. I just ordered one today. Have used them in the past, they have good service.

Well after much consideration and several phone calls my Industrial Injection SO VP-44 should be here by Thur.:sw:
Along with a set of 275hp injectors
Killer deal on the pump and injectors, I am very glad I called instead of just ordering online.
