You can't beat Shell Rotella T for the cost and good protection in my opinion. Sure you could adjust your rockers, but like I said with the millage that you have and the slight noise in the valve train isn't a worry the engine isn't even broke in yet.
Run the valves if you want but there will always be some valve noise because of the solid lifter design.

Just the temperature shock I explained above if you jump in your truck at 10 degrees outside start it up 9never let it warm up) and head off down the road it is liable to strain the block because of rapid temperature change. This will increase the strain on any defect in a block or head, gasket Etc. because of rapid temperature expansion. To my knowledge after study of this for a while over the years I am convinced it is rapid temperature heat and cool cycles that make this defect show it's self.
1. Keep the truck plugged in if its much below freezing.
2. Always let it warm up for at least 10 minutes in the morning at low temperatures below 40.
3.Treat it like your best coon dog and it will serve you well.

I would mod away (not saying twins, 150hp shower heads, and head stud kit ) If a casting flaw does ever show itself then change it till then have fun with it.

I don't how much of this is true but I heard from a few guys that if you do have a 53 block and I does decide to Crack you can take it to dodge and they'll replace it because it was a recall. Like I said though that's just what I've heard

I agree with jet, that sounds pretty normal from the video. Are you still running the stock lift pump? A lot of the noise we hear from the engine bay is the injection pump. When I replaced my stock lift pump running at 8psi to the raptor pump that I dialed up to 20psi I noticed that it quieted the injection pump a bit.
