well guys this is something none of us like to hear or talk about but most of us have this problem Iam curious how some of you guys have fixed it my rust is happening on both front doors on the bottom of the panels i had it fixed a few years ago and now its coming back have any of you guys fixed your rust and had success with it without having to replace the doors all together.

 

My driver's door rusted thru and got bad in a hurry. Went to the local wrecking yard and got a matching door from a half ton for $200 bucks. Swapped the emblems, removed the pin striping from the new door with brake cleaner, and it matched perfect. You would never know. Maybe I got lucky with the color match, I dunno.
Cutting out and patching rust sucks.
