Default rust???

I have a 2014 ram 3/4 ton that I have had for six months. Great truck and it starts well even in -15 below but I am getting rust spots!!! Was wondering if any one else is having this happen?

It is showing up on the box doors and front quarter pannels. I went to the dealer and they say it is from shipping and that in the spring they will clay bar it out.

I remember in 05 they had a lot of problems with rust on new trucks
They had to paint over again. It happened to a person I know, when he took it
in, they told him was a problem from factory, they would paint again.
