Default converting to p pump

I have A 2001 24 valve cummins the ecm is bad and I'm thinking about converting to a p pump . I need to know what parts I need for the convertion .I have some access to some older 12 valve motors.

I did a P-Pump the 913, 215hp is the better pump. If you can get one thats the way to go.

Default Rocker arm galling

I also found a way to fix rocker arms that have galling inside them and the pivot shafts that get scored up. This happens Do to lack of oil at the rockers themselves, and also having a bigger cam and valve springs. The OEM rockers can't handal the extra stress. Plus if you have 4k gov spring kit the added rpm's don't help either. But I fixed that I did't have to spring for $1800.00 Harland Sharp rockers etheir.
