Default Edge comp settings

So guys I will be putting an airdog 2 165 on my truck in another week. I already have the edge comp in my truck. After the airdog install I was going to tap the vp. I just wanted to get some input on to what setting to use for daily driver around town? What setting for towing my horse trailer? And what setting for playing around and having some fun? I still have a stock tranny and vp. Any input would be wonderful. Thanks guys

I use level 1 for daily driving 3 for towing and 5 for pulling and goofing off

I usually run mine on 2 when daily driving. Depends on what transmission you have as well.

Thanks for the info. I still have my stock tranny and have heard that level 5 will blow it up really fast. Is it okay to run level 5 at all with my stock tranny every now and then. I have read a bunch of different opinions and cannot get a straight answer.

My tranny is a stock rebuilt trans. I rarely ever put it up to 5 because another rebuild isn't in my budget. I wouldn't unless your ready to have the tranny worked up. Torque converter and shift kit will help these auto trans alot. so I've been told. I'm saving up to get a good converter and shift kit myself.

You're definitely not going to be showing off when your tranny fails when you get on it in level 5... If It were me I wouldnt do it unless I had the money saved for a new tranny.
