ok 2000 dodge 5 sp replaced ip and lift pump wouldn't start code read no comom ip to ecm laeft it alone for a day installed new batt old ones run down cleaned some electrical connections the trk started but it didn't idle smooth it would act like some one turned the ke of real quick and turned it back on cleaned grounds switched fuel relays testdrive it would act like some one turned it off then would come back no set pattern loosen fuel cap no good checked alt for ac power all ok looked at apps did reset same thing had apps from a 99 cummins installed same thing but now I get a dead pedal let off for a few then it comes back and 121 code when this happens other wise no codes so I put old apps back in didn't have dead pedal when it was in but I still have it now have .5 volts to apps and good ground this is long but just tellin what I have done so far kinda out o ideas right now oooooo and the trk cam with a old super chip tuner I mean date of manufacture is 2000 don't even kno were the chip is or how to take it out I tried running it stock no help
