Ball Joints
Thanks, if they need to be replaced then so be it, replace them, they are not something I want to let completely go. I was just wondering about changing both because I know that some things when you change one you change the other, common practice. I wouldn't want to have to get alignments done all the time because one was stronger/newer. I wasn't sure if this was one of those kinda things. Sorry silly woman here just trying to understand this is all.
No worries.
You could probably get by with just doing one side, and not both... BUT if you replace an upper or a lower, replace it's opposite as well! Meaning: If you replace drivers side upper, you had better replace drivers side lower. The bad one will wear the good one out quicker.

I did mine on my own after getting a couple of quotes around $1200 for labor and parts.Bought Moog greasables and checked out the joint press at a parts store. The hardest part was the hub disassembly, but looked up some tricks and finally borrowed an Enerpac,it was all gravy after that.
Word, never have fit in over there myself, different crowd...
You sure? Stockers aren't greasable, no zert fittings.....unless you drilled and tapped the stock ball joints yourself.

I got banned for telling one of the admins basically to practice what they preach.
