Default boost issues

I have a aurora 5000 with the tst pm3 smarty stack and the air dog 150 like in my sig. I cant seem to build more than twenty lbs of boost this is my first 24v iv been really a strictly 12valver for a long time im not sure whats going on but its piising me off any help would be great. I cant seem to get a staright answer wether i need or do not need a boost fooler with the s03 idk.......

you would need a boost fooler if going over 40lbs of boost with a smarty. That's a big turbo man. I think youre gonna need a lot more fuel or you might could try some nitrous to get it spooled. Head work and a cam would be nice too.

i have a water meth kit on the way but it only build 20lbs same as what i got out of thr stocker idk what to do

ah ok then so your oe turbo was only hitting 20lbs with all your addons?

yes i dont know what it is ik iv got the the fuel for way more than just 20lbs ya know, any ideas?

yeah, check your driver side intercooler boot, they can get cut by the inner fender. also if you deleted your oem fuel filter housing and reused the stock attachment bolts back in the plenum plate with no washers check to see if your plenum plate gasket is blown out.

intercooler boots are 3 days old and ill check the plenum the head was just off so dont think its that. It's driving me nuts

I recently just got my first 24v (2001) I bought a boost fooler and blocked the wastegate with a turnbuckle and with the stock Turbo it's at 30lbs of boost, and I have no other mods, so try blocking the wastegate.
