Just throwing stuff at you here, but is it possible that a rock was thrown up at your intercooler and you have a hole in it? Is your line that measures boost ok? No pin holes to leak or? Could be giving you a false reading? I will keep thinking!

Build a boost leak tester to make sure you don't have any leaks.....Its very simple and very effect!

Do you just have the TST pm3 or do you have the one that's Adjustable with Digital Boost and Pryo.

I agree that is a LARGE single.

@ the OP have you check for codes?

On the stock turbo did you have an adjustable boost elbow on it?

maybe the line to your boost gauge has a hole in it or is leaking at the fitting wheres it tapped into the intake manifold, you shouldn't have a problem spooling your turbo looks like you got enough fuel and you should defiantly be seeing more than 40lbs.

i can hit 50lbs on my stock turbo beating on it with 100hp injectors
