I'm not sure on that part.

 

If you install a 33 ohm resistor on grounded side of the switch you can leave the relay in and not throw codes or go into limp mode. Switch in off position tranny works like stock. On position locks convertor although apparently not in all gears unless you have a modified VB, which I do and can lock in all gears.

 

russ roth, you have the dunrite v/body from source automotive?
I had them put in their tripple disc and valve body last friday.i can't wait to put it on the dyno.

 

I do have a Dunrite however not from Source. I'm retired and got to know and became friends with Tony Garcin, founder and original owner of Dunrite. I worked part time for him one summer building valve bodies and I put this one together with some different mods he wanted to try. It worked well and was incorporated into them afterwards. A couple years later Source bought the company. I would not be able to say if changes were made in the current Dunrite VB different from mine. Tony was always thinking of new things to try and made several other changes during the time I hung around. He is gone now so I can't ask him anything anymore.

So my truck got a new upgraded 47re and the lock up keeps trying to go in and out in OD on the highway. I know it shouldn't do this so where do I start looking please? Im so frustrated with my new tranny not working right.....
