Okay I know for sure its not the VP so dont post about that, I am getting 15psi at idle with my FASS pump and never a problem after I crack the injectors and prime the system it fires right up, no white smoke or dead pedal. Pulled the tank last night because I thought I had a leak on top of the tank, my rollover valve was not seating down all the way so I think maybe thats it??

We pressurized the tank with a air hose and a wrag around it at the fill neck and I had air coming out of the rollover valve. Kind of at a loss and cant find any other leaks throughout the system and I've gone from front to back on this thing.

Its embarrassing to get out every time and crack the injectors to start the truck and so I need help... Thanks in advance!

 

try unplugging your lift pump before you start the truck hot and see if it starts normally
