ive got a 99 4x4 cummins auto trans. ive heard some things about a boost elbow that adds a good amount of boost? ive seen then for like 27 bucks. trucks basically stock its got turbo back exhaust, airdog lift pump. cold air intake, gauges, boost fooler, and tc lockup switch. do these things actually work?

 

Boost Elbow works only on HX35 turbos found on manual trans trucks. You need a J-Hook to hold the wastegate closed tighter to increase boost. You will also need a boost fooler, or the ECU will defuel due to higher boost than it wants to see.
