Default New VP44, Dead Pedal!!! Why?

Last week my VP44 died, left me stranded on the side of the road, it had been acting up for a good 4-5 months, giving me a dead pedal alot.

Just installed my remaufactured Bosch VP44 and I'm still getting a random dead pedal, and hard, hard hot starts........ what could be going on here?

Recently has new FASS Fuel Pump System on it, New Cam Sensor, and New APPS.

Truck is throwing no codes, but am getting a random dead pedal sometimes, and doesn't want to start when its hot, I have to hold it to the floor.

2001 Cummins 2WD, Stock with a BD Boost Fooler.
