when i got my 99 i seen some one cut the wiring to the 7 pin and no plug in i re did the wiring and seen they cut the factory plug for brake controller when i hit the brakes and with a test light i get the little white wire from factory plug under dash to light up is that the trailer brakes??? and i seen a little white wire in the back of truck is this were i need to wire my blue trailer brake to the 7 pin?? thanks guys

If memory serves correct, Blue is aux power to charge the trailer battery. White is brakes. Have any pictures?

 

on my after market not stock 7 pin it says red is 12v for batterys i think no pics i got it all hooked up but the trailer brakes roght now im not hauling anything so ill need to do some messing with it.
