Default Governor spring installation

I am trying to install my governor spring today but I ran into the 4 hex bolts and got 3 of them out but not the one that is in the top right corner. I can't reach it with anything. Does anyone know how I can get to it without taking the ve pump all the way out?

I just loosened my pump bolts to lower it a little (had it bumped to the head) then backed the low idle screw out (then when you get the head of the pump off it is a good time to install the screw backwards for easier adjustment in the future) Then just used a ball driver allen wrench to pull that last bolt out.

youve got the throttle index off, if the index is off by even one tooth it will not start or idle, since u didnt mark the index position its just gunna be trial and error untill u find it also if ur fuel screw is not in far enough it will not start but if it starts and just wont idle thats not the case play w throtle indexing

So that's my problem for sure?

Oh and also I was looking in at where the fuel pin goes and when I push the throttle the pin comes out but when I let off the throttle it stays out and doesn't go back in.

Default Gsk pump plug will not go back in

I just finished installing my 4kgsk and the plug that allows access to the internals of the pump will not fit back in the same hole for the life of me. Ive tried all different angles and cleaned the threads I'm about ready to Sh*t a brick. Has this happened to anyone else?
