Dunno how much difference in performance from stock sticks but there supposed to be a 90-100 horse increase injector. I'm running my hx35 with my non waste gated housing off the old H1C because the 12cm is to small for my mods.

very glad you understand why a gate is part of a system for a reason. run the 12cm housing. a hx35 is good to the mid 350hpish range with very good responce.

So why do they make non waste gated housing that are the same size You are no longer using it for what it was designed for by making more power

because they are much bigger turbos and your engine cant over pressurize it like the 21 and 18cm housings on the H1C's OR like how i run on my sandrail you have an external gate. on twins there normally isnt a gate on the large turbo the little one does all the bleeding pressure off. you have to have a fail safe to have any hope of reliability. yes you will make more boost on a stock truck with the gate nonfunctional but you can make the exact same or damn near to it by limiting or slowing down the signal to the gate.

and just because its a 12 or 14 or 16cm housing doesnt mean its the same size housing. will the 12cm housing from your hx35 fit on a phatshaft 62/65/12???? absolutly not its the same as trim. a 60trim t3garrett is way smaller than a 60 trim t4garrett but its the same number... it is in relation to the size of the wheel and so on and so forth.

On a twin set the little one should be waste gated into the big one at a certain point so its not a restriction

On a single app At some point the 35 will run out of its efficiency range but if the gate is opening I'm wasting energy until it gets to hot (I haven't found the spot yet) And if your to stupid not to let out of it before it pops then i guess that's what happens I have seen 60 lbs out of a 35 at 1600 degrees And haven't popped one yet

This is with a 12 cm housing with the waste gate blocked tight

Yes I understand Like for instance a hx 52 with an 11 cm housing is much bigger inside than a 35 12cm housing that isn't what I meant but anyways
