I was driving today and little by little the truck started feeling very sluggish, my first idea was to replace the fuel filter (92. First gen only 50k miles). Bu I was not able to find it. Where is it located? Any chance that the lift pump is going?

it is on the left hand side behind the intake tube. if you look past the brake booster you'll see it
