Default Bolt pattern help

Hey guys I got a question for you. A friend of mine owns a 1984 ford f250. He wrote the thing right off and he has some slick looking turbine wheels with good tires that he would give to me for a steal. Only problem is he's like 5 hour drive away. So I was wondering if you would know if they would fit on my 1991.5 w250 I know the lugs will fit but I'm think the centers mite not

centers *should* be fine. I know for a fact that Chevrolet centers are too small for Ford and Dodge trucks.

They sure do. I run stock Ford wheels (16x7") on both my 1st gens.

BTW, it is a good idea to get some bulge style (fatter) lugnuts as the lug holes are bigger - meant for 9/16" studs.
