Default Clicking

Just did the disc brake conversion on my truck this past weekend and figured I would do the fronts too. I put new rotors and pads up front also did the wheel bearings while I had it tore down. Anyways I am very happy with the new discs on the back and everything went good that way but now I have a clicking sound on the front right wheel/brake and not sure what to dig into. It stops clicking when the brakes are applied so probably not a u joint and the caliper setup is pretty simple on these trucks so not sure what could be moving/clicking.
