Default turbo advise

My h1c has the 21 cm2 exhaust housing would I be better off buying an hx35 or will a smaller exhaust housing work just as good? Any advise would be appreciated

Smaller housing will do the trick but you're still very limited, it'll only reduce lag. You might see a small boost increase, you can do the compressor wheel upgrade but by the time you buy the exh housing and comp wheel you'll have about as much as you'd need for a better all around turbo.
