Default Need help! Cam questions

My injection pump needs a rebuild and i decided while i have the front cover off the truck i want to swap out cams too. So my question is what com would go good with the truck it's got a 4 inch dp back exhaust, hy35w turbo, pump turned up with injectors and an airdog coming soon, and i'm going to pull all summer with it. I know i'm going to need 60lb springs anything else I will need? New lifters maybe? Anyone else put a cam in there truck with ant feedback they could give me?

What kind of pulling? If you're just looking for a little extra low end torque and increased economy a regrind will save some cash and do enough for you. Most will say a cam is unnecessary unless you're really looking to go all out. Last I knew Hamilton cams had 3 profiles out now, one a completely stock truck can handle, another where the pistons require being "fly cut" and the other needs substantial engine work and is beyond a VE's capabilities anyways.
