I hope im not missing anything

But today i unscrewed the bottom portion (17mm or so). Pulled off bottom section, got a little fuel on me. Lol
Used an allan key to remove a plug in middle. The heater came off.
Top portion did not have an o ring but bottom did so i screwed it back on and snugged it tight

I didnt need a shorter plug at or.... Or do i??
Also does anyone know how i can secure the wireing at all. So i dont have a live connection just sitting in the open??

Also does anyone

Yours may be (pretty sure) different being a 97...I watched a youtube video (
) of a guy doing it on a 94 and it didn't require a different stud. Your heater and lift pump and pre-filter assembly are completely different.
