So I have a 1993 dually 2wd 1 ton stock. Its a service truck that rolls down the road at 10k.

things ive done

i rebuilt ip pump with 3200 spring and new supply pump.
new lift pump
ultrasonic cleaned injectors and set to 3550 pop.
timing bump
max boost ever is 20 with fuel screw maxed. ( no run away bottomed out)
the rotor and block looked pretty good during rebuild so i left it... 250k.

my mpg was 20 to 22 with 3,55 and a getrag.

now its down to 16 and hazy...



Now the advise

I want to keep the mpg but need more power

What nozzles?
turbo i was thinking hx35 or compressor upgrade?

i have water injection.

where do i score a new rotor and block? affordably.

is there bigger cam plates and how bad will mpg suffer?

also need a front end rebuild and new springs on all 4 corners. best place for parts?

I don't know about the tuning part of it but i just prices the springs for my 91 at oriellys and there were only 120 for the front set and the shocks were about 50 a piece
