My sig is filled out, but I am simply not confident with flooring my truck on the stock turbo with all the fuel I'm flowing, stock hx is pushing 45psi a little more or less, afraid ima pop that sucker since it has ran over 200k at 35psi and have 309k miles on the turbo.

 

I ran my stock turbo for over 100K pushing 45psi and it was still in fantastic shape when I took it off.
That said, many people haven't had any such luck, so that may just be what it was: luck. Just get a new turbo and be done with it.
