Question looking for some advise..

Wondering how I could run a toggle switch to my waste gate Solenoid to just simply flip it on or off to cut or run power direct to it instead of take the vaccuum line out of the can to blow smoke for show..

the 6.5L IP does not supply enough extra fuel when working properly with the turbo to blow the smoke like a cummins.
