Default Thermostat Housing

So I have a slight leak at my thermostat housing.....I've replaced the seal twice now, cleaned all surfaces i could think of and even tried using high temp rtv....and it still leaks.....Anybody else have any ideas?

Try putting a straight edge on it and see if it is warped.
