Hole in metal return line
After doing a valve adjustment and replacing the gaskets it now appears I have a hole in the metal return line
. It appears that you cannot replace just one section, or am I mistaken? Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you repair it, and where did you get the parts? I guess rat **** is corrosive enough to rust a metal line! Is there any way to replace the metal lines with rubber like on my old Mercedes? Thanks for any help- Scott
Well, I did a "temporary fix" by splicing in a piece of rubber line, but I need a new whole assembly. Anyone have a part # or know where I can get one? Or better yet has anyone ever ditched the metal line and found a banjo bolt with barbed fittings that will work?
