And i've heard about injector sleeves because the new 12 valves have smaller injectors and will the pump bolt right up?

IIRC you are going to need new sleeves for the injectors. If you do a search for P-pump conversion I'm sure you'll come up with a lot of good info. Kieron's write up is a good one, but his isn't the only one. There may even be something in the sticky about it.

There is a very good write up in the sticky, which is more step by step. It makes a pretty good guide, but its by no means 100%. The main thing is to get a second gen engine in front of you so you can visualize what the result will be. In my opinion it wasn't very hard once you get all the parts. and yes injectors have to get new bodies to accept the different size line nuts.
