mine comes on with 5 gallons left, but it starts to sputter and start hard like it aint drawing fuel well not to long after it comes on. not sure why

Ever drained the tank completely? After 20-odd years, there's probably all sorts of badness in the bottom of the tank.

my tank wasnt too shabby being an old farm vehicle. i did the air dog install and draw straw and i only saw some bronze shavings in the bottom of the tank... dont ask me where they came from... its hard to tell with the life this truck has had before me
