Default lope after injector install

I recently just purchased a set of LBD 5x.012's. Installed them last weekend and after driving it for a few days I noticed an odd lope. Nothing drastic just slight. Its got me wondering. Not enough fuel? Should I give that certain little screw on the pump a couple turns or what? Any input is appreciated.
