Default Trans noise

just got done installing the sonax super intermediate, accumulator and low/reverse piston along with the trans go tf-2 shift reprogram kit and maghytec double deep pan. initial running of the trans it does ok, wasnt %100 what i was expecting but a noticeable improvement either way. this thing took every bit of 15 quarts with the pan and is still down a good quart. by the time the truck got into 3rd on the decel it almost sounded like a real bad gear whine almost a grind. wasnt sure if it was just low on fluid still because we added another gallon of trans fluid which brought us up to that 15 quart mark. didnt run it after adding the fluid.

checked the fluid in the day light, wee little bit of froth on the dipstick, which means i have to bring the fluid up every bit of an inch which if im not mistaken will immerse the lower portion of my plantetaries in fluid. dry gears will whine, we'll find out if it quiets it down. now if i can just get off work before everything closes
