My truck must have something wrong with it. Ive tried the he351, hx40, 60mm upgrade, and the one I have now, 56mm & 18.5 housing. So far the only one thats shown excellent results is the one I have now.

Alright, i'm leaning towards The GDS 60mm compressor upgrade.
What am I looking at for boost with it. I dont really want to blow my head gasket.
Would it be necessary to get gauges for that turbo upgrade?

these 60MM upgrades are getting popular again sounds like I need to run another special

I put one of those on mine worked well went from 18PSI to 33PSI
I would run a boost gauge its not needed but it dont hurt
and if you blow your HG its not a big deal its 18-21 years old its bound to happen when you start making power

Id do a pyro before boost if I were you. that way you can play with the fuel side and not turn your cylinders into chernobyl. Good luck w the 60 mm kit. I really like mine. I lost like 2 psi when I installed it but I think thats just because its more efficient. I havent turned her up yet though. Whistle is loud though. I did a homemade intake that cost me like 40 bucks without the filter. Definately increased the sound of the turbo.
