Default having trouble with some parts

i had replaced the alternator and the regulator on my truck and had also placed a new battery in as well but im still having problems with the lights being a little dim until i step on the throttle and the radio tends to flicker on and off, what else could it be. also im trying to figure out what kind of rear is in my truck, the tag is missing off the back and i cant find any numbers anywhere. it is a 1990 dodge ram w350 with a 5 spd four wheel drive.

sounds like a bad ground for the lights

the vin code will tell ya what differential ya have, you can call the dealer with the vin and they will look it up

get a ground block from the parts house then run as many grounds off that as you want all over the truck be clean about it....

I have had so many issues with 1st gen grounds now whenever we work on one thats what we do the best places to run we have found is back of the #6 valve cover on the fire wall there is a harness ground run one there

front fender by the battery

the bed some where by the gas flap

the cab on the Right front mount

and under the center of the dash in the cab

never had any issues with that its over kill but never had a come back!
